ROI is the percentage return on the money you put into contests. It is what you won minus what you spent, divided by what you spent. Win $150 on $100 of entries and your ROI is 50 percent.
Why it matters
ROI is the truest measure of DFS success. A single big cash feels great, but sustained, positive ROI over many contests is what separates winning players from the field. It cuts through variance and tells you whether your process actually makes money.
Where you see it in DFS Hero
After your contests settle, DFS Hero computes your real ROI from the matched results and rolls it up in your Bankroll Tracker. Separately, the contest simulator estimates a lineup's ROI before you enter, which you will see as its GPP Score for tournaments.
