Reading your sim results

After a simulation, every lineup carries a set of contest-aware metrics. Knowing which ones to sort by is how you pick the right lineups for the contest you are entering.

The key metrics

  • GPP Score is a lineup's ROI in a top-heavy tournament. Sort by it when you are chasing tournament upside.
  • Win % is how often the lineup finishes first across the simulations.
  • Cash % is how often it finishes in the paid portion of the field. This is the number that matters for cash games.
  • Ceiling and Floor are the lineup's high and low outcomes. Ceiling speaks to tournament upside, floor to cash safety.
  • Geomean rewards consistency, favoring lineups that score well steadily rather than boom or bust.
  • Leverage measures how contrarian a lineup is versus the field.
  • Dupes estimates how many other entrants will submit the same lineup. Fewer is better in tournaments.

Sorting and selecting

Sort the Lineups panel by any of these to bring your best lineups to the top. The Selection menu goes further, with options to pick the top lineups, enforce a minimum number of different players between lineups, or diversify by independent paths to a win. Match the metric to the contest: floor and Cash % for cash games, ceiling, GPP Score, and leverage for tournaments.
