There are no per-sport fees to unlock the list. Whether you grind a single sport all season or bounce between whatever is on tonight, your plan covers the whole slate of sports, and the same building, simulating, and tracking tools work across every one of them.
Availability of a given sport on any given day follows the real DFS calendar, so you will see slates for the sports that are actually in season and being offered by the sites. When a new season starts, its slates simply appear in Today, ready to build.
