You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There is no need to contact support to stop your subscription, and you keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens after you cancel
When your current period ends, your plan will not renew and billing stops. Your account itself stays put, so if you decide to come back later, your history and settings are right where you left them.
If you are on the $1 trial and cancel before it converts, you will not be charged the ongoing subscription price. Billing runs through Stripe, so your payment details are handled securely and you can manage everything from your account without a phone call or an email chain.
