Your first build

Last updated Jul 14, 2026

Open any slate from Today, review your player pool, then hit Build to generate a set of optimized lineups. Here is the full path, start to finish.

1. Open a slate

From Today, pick any slate and open it into your workspace. The workspace has three panels: your contests, the players grid in the middle, and your lineups on the right.

2. Set up your pool

The players grid is your player pool. Every rostered player in the slate starts in the pool. You can:

  • Lock a player to force them into every lineup.
  • Exclude a player to keep them out entirely.
  • Sort and filter by position, projection, or ownership to focus the view.

You do not have to touch anything. A fresh slate is ready to build as is.

3. Build

Hit Build to open your settings drawer. Choose how many lineups you want and fine-tune your stacking, exposure, and randomness, then generate. Your optimized lineups land in the Lineups panel in seconds.

4. Review and export

Review the lineups, make any edits, then export a CSV to upload at your DFS site. That is the complete workflow: open, build, review, export. Once you are comfortable, add a simulation step to score your lineups before you enter.
