Playbooks and scheduled builds

Last updated Jul 14, 2026

A Playbook chains your build, sim, trim, select, and fill steps into one reusable workflow. Once you have a setup you trust, you do not have to run it by hand every slate.

What a Playbook is

Think of a Playbook as your build, saved. It captures how you build, how you simulate, how you trim and select your lineups, and how you fill your entries, all in one reusable definition. Run it whenever you want the same process applied to a fresh slate.

Scheduling a cloud build

The real power is scheduling. Set a Playbook to fire a short window before lock, from roughly 5 to 30 minutes out, and it runs on our servers instead of in your browser. You can close the tab and walk away. When you come back, your lineups are built and your entries are filled, tuned to the latest projections and news right before lock.

Deterministic by design

A scheduled build runs your exact steps, start to finish, with no surprises. It is fully deterministic: the same settings produce the same process every time. There is no black box making choices for you.

Availability

Playbooks and scheduled cloud builds are part of the Power plan. If you find yourself running the same build every day, a Playbook turns that routine into one click, or into nothing at all once it is on a schedule.
