Your account settings are the home for everything about your account, kept separate from the slate work you do in the workspace.
What you can manage
- Profile. Your basic account details.
- Plan and billing. See your current plan, upgrade to Power, or manage your subscription. Billing runs through Stripe.
- Notifications. Choose what DFS Hero alerts you about, so you hear about the things that matter, like a player being ruled out or a slate about to lock.
- Appearance. DFS Hero supports light and dark themes so you can match your setup.
Getting help
If something is not behaving the way you expect, the FAQ and the rest of this help center cover the most common questions. For anything else, the contact form is the fastest way to reach the team, and Power members can also lean on Hero Chat for in-app answers.
Your settings follow your account, so your preferences travel with you across devices when you sign in.
